These terms apply to your use of partsflow.io, the marketing website for PartsFlow™, operated by Automotix® ("Automotix", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You may use the website to learn about PartsFlow™, register for early access and contact us. You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information, or register on behalf of someone else without permission.
• Interfere with the website’s security or operation, or try to access systems you are not authorized to use.
• Scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the website by automated means.
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or to send spam.

2. Early access registration

Registering for early access or applying as a supplier partner tells us you are interested. It does not create an account, guarantee access to PartsFlow™ or a place in a pilot, or create any obligation for you or for us.

We review registrations and may accept or decline them at our discretion. Use of the PartsFlow™ platform itself will be governed by separate terms that you will be asked to accept before you use it.

Pricing described on this website, including free access for repair shops during the initial launch, reflects our current plans. We will share pricing details before any paid services begin.

3. Concept previews and feature status

PartsFlow™ is in development. Screens on this website labeled “Concept preview” are illustrations of the planned experience. The vehicles, parts, prices, mileage, businesses and names in them are sample data, not real listings or customers.

Features labeled “In development” or described as planned may change, arrive later than expected, or not be released. Nothing on this website is a commitment to deliver a particular feature by a particular date.

4. Trademarks and content

PartsFlow™, Ask Hank™ and Automotix®, along with their logos and the Hank character, are trademarks of Automotix. You may not use them without our written permission.

The website and its content, including text, graphics, images and code, belong to Automotix or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share pages for your own business evaluation, but you may not copy, modify or redistribute the content without permission.

References to third parties, such as URG or ARA membership, are for information only and do not imply endorsement.

5. Disclaimers and liability

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, for general information only. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Automotix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
