1. Information we collect

This policy explains how Automotix® ("Automotix", "we", "us") handles information collected through partsflow.io, the marketing website for PartsFlow™. It covers this website only, not the PartsFlow™ platform itself, which will have its own terms and privacy notice.

We collect information you give us when you register for early access, apply as a supplier partner or contact us:

• Contact details: your name, business email and, if you provide it, phone number.
• Business details: business name, type, city and state, website, number of locations, parts volume, URG or ARA membership, inventory system and inventory size, depending on the form.
• Your message, inquiry type, pilot interest and consent choices.

We also collect some information automatically: the page you submitted from, campaign (UTM) parameters, the page you first arrived on, the referring site and your browser’s user agent. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Review your early access registration or supplier application and follow up with you.
• Answer your questions and messages.
• Send you updates about PartsFlow™ and pilot opportunities, if you agreed to receive them.
• Understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
• Protect the website against spam, abuse and security threats.
• Meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

3. Consent and communications

Our forms ask you to agree to this Privacy Policy and to receive emails from PartsFlow™ about your registration, product updates and pilot opportunities. We record that you agreed, when, and the wording you agreed to.

Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can email us at any time. We will still send messages directly related to a request you made, such as a reply to your inquiry.

Registering does not guarantee access to PartsFlow™ or a place in a pilot, and it does not create any obligation to buy.

4. How information is shared

We share information only with service providers that help us run this website, under contracts that limit how they can use it:

• Vercel, which hosts the website. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights give us aggregated visit and performance statistics without using cookies.
• Supabase, which stores form submissions in a secured database.
• Resend, which sends our confirmation and notification emails.
• Google Analytics, only if we enable it, to measure website traffic.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, users or the public, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.

Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

5. Data retention

We keep registration and contact information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including through the PartsFlow™ launch and any pilot you take part in. When we no longer need it, we delete it or anonymize it. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we have to keep it for a legal reason.

We protect information with reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections and restricted access to stored leads. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your information.
• Object to or restrict certain uses, or withdraw your consent.
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time.

To make a request, email privacy@partsflow.io. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
