Ask Hank™
What is Ask Hank™?–
Ask Hank™ is a conversational automotive parts assistant designed to guide users through part identification, fitment questions and supplier sourcing using voice or text.
Does Hank decode VINs?+
VIN decoding is integrated into the intended Ask Hank™ workflow, helping identify vehicle characteristics while prompting for additional details when required.
How does interchange work?+
Hank uses automotive interchange and vehicle application information to help evaluate compatible used parts, subject to verification of relevant vehicle and part attributes.
Can I speak to Hank?+
The PartsFlow™ experience is being designed for natural two-way voice conversations, follow-up questions and voice/text switching.
Suppliers

Qualified suppliers can apply for early participation; initial recycler pilot eligibility prioritizes verified URG or ARA members.
Pricing, launch and privacy

When does PartsFlow™ launch?+
We’re opening PartsFlow™ in stages, starting with early access and pilot participants. Registered shops and suppliers will hear from us first as access opens.
